"It was an awesome night and I learned a lot. The seminar before hitting the field was very useful. Instead of simply discussing topics, the role-playing really helped me in seeing "the other side" of the approach. As I was standing there acting like some bitchy girl and shooting everyone down, I saw how awkward or weird it can be when someone approaches with too little confidence or is clearly looking for attention or a reaction. I've done a lot of reading and understand all the concepts, but its different actually dealing with them in a controlled interaction and being able to hit rewind. Take for example bitch shields and shit testing. I know the theory behind them and how you're supposed to deal with them, but the role-playing gave me a new perspective on it. It's fun to mess with people. I had never considered that a girl being bitchy, unresponsive, or difficult might just be challenging me rather than trying to get rid of me.
Additionally, E. made several good points by not only talking about what a lot of guys do wrong, but demonstrating it in a over-exaggerated and hilarious, but very effective way. I realized that I do many of the things we discussed subconsciously. Although I've read about body language, seeing him point out and exaggerate people's flaws made me see some things in myself that I have overlooked or even some of the basics that I've forgotten about."

"Wow! What an event!
There's so much information to pull out of this seminar it's tough to know where to begin plus the how-to mini-bootcamp afterwards was such a boon. I'm still sorting out all the stuff and reabsorbing the evals and demos. This was the only way to experience a ton of allusive things often mentioned but seldom explained. There's so much to say, but I wouldn't do the man justice to the effectiveness his style has."

"E. is the shit. Totally changed my outlook on my approaches and dealings with women in general. I just need to get out of my AA a bit more and I think I will improve a lot, which he noticed."

Seattle 3-Day Attraction bootcamp
I just attended my followup Social Chemistry bootcamp this weekend. I thought it was awesome to say the least. The first BC was 2 months ago. In 60 days, it's crazy how much I have learned.
Andy presented a bunch of new material and I found it really interactive. The exercises he used as teaching tools were tip top. I was impressed with the direction and organization of his exercises. Debates, impromptu skills, stepping out of your comfort zone to actually speak in front of people...
The biggest thing I have learned from Andy is about "value" and how to show it. Now I see social interactions in a completely different light. Do you remember the VH1 Pick Up Artist episode where Mystery, Brady, and Kosmo are sitting in the bar and Mystery asked them how they view the room? It was one of the last episodes. His point was that they now knew what was happening in a social setting. Who knew who, the sets, the social network, etc.. I have that now. I had no clue before.
Sephora will under promise and over deliver. I have 2 bootcamps under my belt. If I have a question, he is never further then a phone call/email/text message away. In fact, he just sent me a text message while I'm typing this. My social circle is growing quickly. I go out with guys I've met from the bootcamps. Agt Squirrel and Vax are a phone call away for wingmen, happy hour, shopping whatever. Speaking of wingmen, I will not go out with anyone that hasn't been to an ED bootcamp. Bottom line. I don't trust that you know what to do and am not gonna watch you blow up my sets.
For the money, there is no company in the Pick Up industry that offers more value. Mystery is not gonna call you on Friday and tell you where he is going out that night. They show up in a city, run the bootcamp, and then leave. Andy is local. He can do more for you then anyone else.
Infield he helped tailor my game to fit my style. I am not a small man. Pushing 6'5" and a former offensive guard, my game is just different. In fact, I asked a woman at Kel's for her ID last weekend and she pulled it out of her purse and gave it to me. I look like a bouncer...
I told Andy that I felt like a predator when I opened and he told me since I was so big to just lock in against the bar and open from there. What do you know? Women came to me and it worked to build social proof. Big thanks to the 6 foot blonde that opened me... You couldn't miss the two of us talking in the bar. Then came the 4 set, then the 2 set, then we bounced and Andy brought his MILF with... It was stupid how easy it was.
The next bar was a ton of fun. There was no one there having more fun then us.
In field, Andy will hustle for you. He will tell you what to say to open, he can see your sticking point before you do and tell you what to say next, he will literally push you through the set. He did it for me. He set up Squirrel for the 3 set I opened Friday perfectly. He had 2 girls eating out of his hand.
There is a time to think and a time to act. Stop thinking about taking the bootcamp and start acting on it. You won't be disappointed.

Seattle 3-Day Attraction bootcamp
So I recently finished up with an Social Chemistry Bootcamp from Jan 9th - 11th 2009, and I am infinitely glad I did it. The ED mob are very personable, focused on continual improvement but foremostly they know their stuff. Going out into the field with these guys was like hanging out with old buddies which a) put me in a great state and b) made it fun. And fun is what it's ultimately all about right?
Firstly, I'm new to the game. I stumbled across The Pickup Artist (thank you VH1) about 3 months ago, went on to read all the text out there (The Game, Mystery Method, Magic Bullets, Routine Manuals, forums etc etc) and decided that if I'm going to put theory into practice I needed to get my fundamentals sorted. So my main BC goal was to be able to open and transition with ease - fairly modest but one step before the other.
I won't go into the details of the theory - I'm sure every bootcamp is more or less very similar as to what's presented. One thing I noticed that ED have strived to do is make it constantly interactive - not just theory theory theory interactive game theory theory theory interactive game. The constant engagement combined with a small group helped retention a lot. Going out into the field was a lot of fun and that's where 90% of my learning took place. I'd open a set, work it to a point (with Andy giving me little tips during ie. "spin move", "kino" - all which visibly helped on the target.) then I'd eventually eject, get some more tips (thumb wrestle, pinky-love etc), open another set, implement and take things further and more solidly and so on. The venue choices were perfect for me - not too loud but very social. By the end of the field practice I got about 5 number closes - with each close feeling more solid than the previous, and opened 20-odd sets. Andy did a great job sorting out my body language because I didn't get blown out this weekend ... though something tells me my accent gave me a bit of room for error there too ![]()
Top weekend - am looking forward to seeing these guys out and about as much as possible!

"They know their shit, are good teachers, and you can tell they honestly care about helping the other people in the community whether they've paid for a bootcamp or not. It's not the kind of bootcamp where you get a one-size-fits-all mentality...I encourage anyone who's just starting out or is in a rut with their game to sign up for one of their bootcamps. You just can't beat the price for what you get out of it!"

"The feedback I got on my game was also invaluable. While I was familiar with the idea of lock-in and kino, I really didn't know how to integrate it into my game. Having someone there to coach me while I was in-set (and by coaching, I mean screaming "kino!" ), was awesome. My game was OK before the weekend, but I think it's solidly above-average now. Heck, I managed to number-close a scorching-hot Ukrainian 9.5 during day game. So if you can come up with the money, I think Social Chemistry is an incredibly good investment."

"just took the bootcamp.....totally worth it. Thanks guys...If you have some sticking points or blind spots, this is a great environment to find them out and fix them. I had some problems with body language, such as leaning in, that I wasn't conscious of....and both instructors pointed that out. Anyway, I've never taken a boot camp, but it was what I expected in terms of getting pushed into sets that I normally would have hesitated to go into and seeing how the instructors interact with other people.
Hope you guys do another one soon. Recommended to anybody."

Seattle One-On-One with Andy
I did a one on one coaching with Andy about day game, and I learned a whole, whole bunch. It was six hours of pretty intense opening and conversation, and I asked as many questions as I thought I could remember the answers to. Unfortunately I thought wrong, and Andy answered way more questions than I can remember the answers to. He seemed to have a really good grasp of what my sticking points were, and gave some really useful advice on what to do about it.
It was hard work, but I had a lot of fun with it. Best part is, we talked to some very pretty girls.
We spent just a few hours on theory, and the majority of our time we spent out in the field. He's a good coach, and was constantly pushing me into harms way to open sets. Approach anxiety right now is one of my biggest sticking points, and I got to work on that quite a bit.
It was time and money well spent. I recommend him.
